Welcome to YayTV. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the YayTV application ("App"), operated by Tycyon Inc ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use YayTV. By using the App, you represent that you meet the applicable age requirements. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
YayTV is a short drama streaming platform that provides users with access to bite-sized episodic video content across various genres including Romance, Fantasy, Comedy, Revenge, and more. The App is available as a TikTok Mini App and may be accessed through the TikTok platform.
Certain features of the App may require you to log in through TikTok. When you authorize access, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
YayTV offers virtual coins ("Coins") that can be used to unlock premium episodes. Coins can be purchased through in-app transactions or earned by watching advertisements. All Coin purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash. We reserve the right to modify the pricing and availability of Coins at any time.
All content available on YayTV, including but not limited to videos, graphics, text, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Tycyon Inc and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

The App may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks. By using YayTV, you agree that we may show ads as part of the service experience, including rewarded ads that allow you to earn Coins.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tycyon Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately, and any unused Coins may be forfeited.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
